By accessing and using this application (ProjectLog), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the application.
ProjectLog is a construction project management application that lets you log inspection visits, track materials, generate reports, manage requisitions and maintain a daily log. The service is available to registered users with a valid account.
To use the application you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must report any unauthorized use of your account immediately.
You agree to use the application solely for legitimate purposes related to construction project management. You must not: use the application for illegal activities, enter false or misleading data, attempt to access other users' data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the application.
You are responsible for the content you upload to the application, including photographs, notes, reports and comments. You retain ownership of your data. By uploading content, you grant ProjectLog a license to process and store that data in order to provide the service.
The application, its design, code and visual elements are the property of ProjectLog and are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, distributing or reverse-engineering the software without authorization is not permitted.
If the application offers subscription plans or premium features, payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems for digital goods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal period.
ProjectLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. The application is a management tool and does not replace professional supervision on site.
We do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times without interruption. We may carry out maintenance, updates or modifications to the service. Some features may require an internet connection.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the application after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the corresponding competent courts.
