ProjectLog is the controller of the personal data collected through this application. The data is used exclusively for managing construction projects, inspection visits and material control.
We collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone number, job title, notification preferences and activity data within the application (visits, requisitions, comments). Location data (GPS) and photographs may also be collected during field visits.
The data is used to: manage construction projects, log inspection visits, track material inventories, generate reports, send critical notifications and maintain an audit log.
Data processing is based on the user's consent and on the contractual relationship for carrying out construction projects.
Data is retained for the duration of the project and for the legally required period. Audit data is retained for security and traceability reasons.
Data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or where the user voluntarily syncs files with cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request the deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including role-based access control, encryption in transit and audit logs.
This policy may be updated. We will notify users of significant changes and new consent will be required where necessary.
